Given my training in Nutrition and Functional Medicine, my main goal in working together is to help you create a truly healthy body and lifestyle in a sustainable, science based way. Protocols are designed specifically for each client based on your unique goals, health history, and any labs that you have had done recently or we choose to order. Based on the data collected from an in depth health history + labs, I create a protocol unique to each client to help you reach your goals. Over the course of us working together, we progress you through your protocol, as well as cover foundational health topics like blood sugar balance, inflammation, metabolism, digestive health, stress management, endocrine disrupting chemicals, and more. Lab testing & interpretation isn't required, but is available for clients who want it. Functional labs include tests that conventional doctors typically won't order such as a DUTCH hormone test, GI map, full thyroid panels, extensive food sensitivity testing, & more. These tests help us identify exactly what is out of balance in your body so we know what we need to address to help you get better. Tests can be added on to a coaching package. Most of these tests are not covered by insurance because they are preventative in nature, but 3 month payment plans are available. HSA/FSA can also be used to purchase labs. The process
Next, we meet to go over all results. Based on all of the information gathered, we create a science based protocol specifically for you. This includes a personalized nutrition plan, recipe collection, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations.
Based on your health intake, we determine if any lab testing is necessary. Options include gut health testing, SIBO testing, MRT Food Sensitivity Testing, mold & mycoToxins, comprehensive bloodwork, thyroid testing, hormones, & more.
This is a chance for us to dive deep into your current health, health history, symptoms, goals, plus your current diet and lifestyle. This is an important first step in determining the best plan moving forward, personalized to you and your goals.
We'll continue to meet for 6 or 12 weeks to provide ongoing coaching support, education, and accountability, plus progress you through your protocol and troubleshoot any issues or plateaus that arise.
